The Property

We were asked to clean the Driveway in Bilton, near Hull. Belonging to this Fantastic property.
The long driveway was quite a size at 140 square metres.

Driveway Condition

When assessing the condition of this weathered surface, the movements of the concrete base have given rise to large cracks. These visible signs of age are the fingerprints of time and not something we can fix during this Driveway cleaning task.

The 100 years of dirt and grime, etched into the concrete’s surface is a different matter.

Initial Surface Clean

Firstly, We cleaned the concrete driveway with the surface cleaner. This removed large amounts of dirt and grime from the concrete driveway.

Second Surface Clean

Unfortunately, the first clean was not enough for the years of dirt and grime accumulated on this patio over the last 100 years, so a second pass was required.
The second clean was done in a circular motion to ensure we didn’t create stripes in the finished result.

Rinse Down

Following the power clean, The area was given an intensive rinse down to remove the standing water and dirt.

Before and After

The finished result made a big difference to the appearance of the property in Bilton, Hull.
Years of grime has been removed and the whole property appears brighter and newer looking.
