Remnants of black spot were stubbornly attached to the surface. To tackle these, we applied a specialized chemical solution designed to penetrate the lichen and black spot.

In some areas, the black spot proved particularly resilient, requiring a second application of the chemical solution. We applied the solution once more, ensuring thorough coverage and allowing ample time for it to work its magic.

The Result

As the last remnants of the chemical solution were rinsed away, and revealed the true extent of the transformation.

What was once a tired and weathered sandstone patio now gleamed in the sunlight, restored to its former glory. The stubborn stains of lichen and black spot were gone.
