Before proceeding with our service, we would like to draw your attention to certain important points:

1. Water: We require access to a water source on the property, ideally an outside tap.
2. Payment Terms: Payment for the pressure washing service is expected to be made on the day of the service, upon completion of the job. We accept various forms of payment for your convenience, including cash or electronic transfer.
3. Failing Pointing or Grout: While we strive to perform our pressure washing service with the utmost care and precision, it is important to note that surfaces with ageing or failing pointing or grout may be susceptible to damage during the cleaning process. We cannot assume responsibility for any such damage that may occur due to the pressure washing.
4. Pets and animals: We kindly request that pets and animals be kept away from the area during cleaning.
5. Area Preparation: Please ensure the area to be cleaned is clear of furniture, plant pots and other obstacles.
6. Waste disposal: Any organic matter (grass, weeds, moss, etc.) removed by the cleaning process will be collected and left at the site. It can be placed in a waste bin, compost bin, garden border, or bag.
7. Weeds: When the area contains weeds and grass, we recommend you apply a household weed killer (e.g. Roundup spray bottle) a week before the appointment. This will kill the weed roots and prevent regrowth after the cleaning.
